Dimensional Control of Polymer Materials - From Synthesis to Function

Biennale Meeting of the division of macromolecular chemistry together with SFB 1176 "Molecular Structuring of Soft Matter", 24. to 27. September, 2018 in Karlsruhe

It will be time again for exciting lectures: In the coming year, the division of macromolecular chemistry is organizing its conference "Dimensional Control of Polymer Materials - From Synthesis to Function" from 24. to 27. September 2018 in close cooperation with SFB 1176 "Molecular Structuring of Soft Matter "at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Campus South, in Karlsruhe.

This session will feature interesting sessions on sequence control and definition, structuring on surfaces, defined polymer networks, polymers and their applications, smart materials, sustainable polymers and characterization of polymers.

These key note speakers or plenary speakers will present their results: Prof. Sebastien Perrier (University of Warwick, Monash University), Prof. Harm-Anton Klok (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne), Prof. Jeremiah A. Johnson (MIT), Prof. Anke Blume (University of Twente), Prof. Andreas Walther (University of Freiburg), Prof. Stefan Buchholz (Evonik), Prof. Regine von Klitzing (TU Darmstadt), Prof. Kurt Kremer (MPI) and Prof. Mitsuo Sawamoto (Kyoto University).

At www.gdch.de/makro2018 you will find all current information about the conference - if you have any questions, please contact us.

We look forward to intensive discussions and to welcoming you in Karlsruhe.
